About Most of the detail and sharpness in the buildings was lost after resizing :( You can actually count the floors of the Smith Tower before resize. actual shutter was 20 sec.

You know I love this one Steve. I have it as my screen saver... glad you posted it. It's so pretty and the lighting is so warm and calming. Very nice to see that view. It's truely one of the best looking cities around!

Thanks, but I am really really bummed out by how resizing killed the image. I have a 12X18 print of this and you can literaly count how many floors are in the buildings. When you go out at night take lots of shots with different shutter speeds. To get this one I started at 10 seconds and worked my way up to 30 seconds and as it turned out the best one was exactly in the middle at 20 seconds.

Wow, beautiful shot! an unusual perspective for a cityscape but it works so well. one of my favorite shots on this site. I am yet to try much night time photography with my 300D but this has inspired me to give it some more time.

Well done.
