Thank you Carlheinz, a lot of my "art" shots like this used lighting ideas from that book. My "model" shots uses standard 2 light setup. The only regret with this photo is I should have used a weak hairlight on photo right to seperate her from the background slightly. While I may consider this series my best work to date, I know it could be so much better but we learn as we stumble along.

Was curious who gave me the book advice and must say, impressive work, here. The atmosphere is phantastic. The toning, expression, composition is great. Excellent work and congrats for the well deserved award!

Is this a repost? The image seems familiar for some reason. Anyhow I like this definately more than the last, the mascara dripping from the eyes, love tossed carelessly on the floor, her arm trying to keep the other arm steady to support herself, as if in any minute the arm will give and she will collapse. Very tragic~
