About A very old tradition in the Holy Month of Ramadan in Egypt. Where kids carry small lanterns, lit by candels or now Chinees cheap elelctric ones.
The background of the kid, is the Famous Mosque Al Refaie.

Wonderful portrait, and the mosque makes an impressive background. The little girl with her lantern really stand out in almost a color/black and white way. She's having a wonderful time, and it's good to get a look at local customs. :)
