there is some loss of quality in the dead trees, mainly due to resizing the image as far as needed to post it.
This has the unfortunate side effect of making them seem a bit fuzzy.

Hi JT. The barren landscape creates for a very unusual and frankly quite impressive scene. I do like the composition too.
I would've bushed the contrast and saturation a bit, but I think that's also due to the loss of quality in the scan. Knowing my scanning performance, I won't hold it against you, though...;o)
