The ringflash unit I used is by Hensel. I have the Hensel 1200 porty power pack with their ringflash unit.

Hi Simon,

this is really a great work, it's a sipmle lightning situation but i would say it's very suitable to the type of model and style (compliments also to the model !)
Please can you tell me which kind of ringflash you have used - cause this unit seems to do a very good job.

Thank you,

Christian

Excellent shot , lighting and composition. I like this one over the other two.

Thanks for the comments. The shot of Emily was done with a ringflash and I have the shutter speed set at 1/15 sec and F5.6 with normal front curtain setting. It is quite a challenge shot consider I have to hand held the camera with a hefty ringflash attached to it. I did not have my tripod with me at this shot.

Love the lighting on this. Did you use rear curtain sync for your flash ?

Simon - You've got a great model and your work with her is terrific. In this image I expecially like the way you've used fill flash. I'm still learning.
