Good exposure on this one, composition is good, can't say I like the placement of her had on top of her head. (looks like she's scratching) sorry, but that's just my opinion. I have photographed many young women (having done boudoir photography) and have done this type of pose, and I always felt the same thing, the hand on top of the head-hand on hip...always looks funny to me! Maybe move the hand to the side of head, brushing the hair back, doens't look so posed.
Just my opinion on this one. Also, try having the model turn her head slightly, keeping the eyes still looking on the camera, is also good. The slight turn of the head usually makes the girl look more appealing!
