I love long exposures myself,so it was very easy for me to like your picture.The idea was very good as well as the exposure/colour,but in my opinion the composition could be more effective ;-)

I like the B/W one as well but this I love. The blues are just stunning. The water has such a delicate angel hair quality contrasted with the jutting rocks. Beautiful presentation.

I like the black and white better. I think this one, though still a nice shot.. is just too blue. The black and white offered a more isolated look, which I prefer. But that's just my humble opinion.
