I don't understand why this has been uploaded twice. Or am I missing some subtle difference between the two? If so, it's too subtle for me. Was this a foggy day and are those natural halos around the lights? (Just curious...)

i'd maybe use the burn/shadows tool to match the dark tones of the tops of the lights to their poles... i think it'd look a little more natural and really finish the image...
