Imagem de grande efeito, Eduardo! Muito bem trabalhada!
(o efeito daquela foto se resume em bastante nitidez e ajuste de cores, depois duplico a layer e dou um "fiters/stylise/find edges", então coloco essa layer em modo "soft light ou overlay" no menu "blended". Aí é só ajustar a opacidade e as cores, colocar gradientes, se necessário. A base é essa, depois vc pode experimentar outros filtros para dar a ênfase que vc deseja!)
