About This photo didn't come out very crisp, and the snow has pink dots. Anyone know how to fix it? Or how I should take pictures to avoid it.

Because the sun is below the horizon, the light is very diffuse, which give a low contrast (= not crisp) image. I do not see the pink dots in the snow, to be honest... The snow has an overall purple cast but I think it should be like that, it is the reflection of the sky which is coloured red (and blue in the opposite side). If your camera has manual white balance you could have made the snow look white. You could achieve the same effec in Photoshop by playing with the colour balance. But I do not think the colours will become better, it looks very natural as it is now.

i'm not sure how to fix your problems - but it looks pretty great to me!
