Robert, I am not able to give a technical critique, but I want to tell you that this photo just swept me away. It reminds me of some cold, still, mornings I've spent on secluded beaches, where the world is just starting to wake up and you are the silent observer. This is beautiful.

Thanks Gary (neighbor) and again Artie. It is a pretty minimalistic picture, and without an obvious focal subject, the subject becomes the horizon and the color. On a larger version of this you can see the house on the left very nicely, as well as the lights from the boat way in the distance on the right. Artie, I will try a shorter crop and see how it changes - thanks.

first good job on the light chase...waiting all morning for it to be right............really nice light in this and good strong colors....I dont think anything is missing in this it has a good mood to it.....I'm a lover of the square frame but in this instance you could cut a bit of the sky out to make this image stronger....in any case good job Robert
