In Sweden we usually biol them in water and then put salt and butter on... mmmm... lovely! But I have heard about grilling or roasting them, and how yummy that is... so I guess I have to try! Especially after seeing this nice and tasty shot! It looks really tasteful! Very good composition too!

That's funny that you ask the question because I was surprised to see roasted corn. Here in Canada we boil it in water and then eat it with salt and butter added. We have corn celebrations at the end of summer mostly in late august and early september. And for hot dogs we don't have hotdog sellers on the streets. It is forbidden by the cities laws but I don't know why. I think it is because of the pressure from store owners who see it as competitive business. Shame on them. ;-))
