Very nice detail and background. Dont listen to too many people here or you wont know what to do, cut this, this is distracting, etc etc. But, this doesnt look like any robin we have in my area of new york.

Looks like you got it right finally;-) Just kidding!
Good shot. I don't think the cropping is too tight at all. Good job getting rid of the distracting green leaf in the upper left corner (v1) and increasing the sharpness over v2. I think you have the color balance right but only you can tell because you were there and because it's your picture.
