The background is a little busy, but it's not bad. It kinda introduces Cody's world into the picture. I was wondering about his eyes. Are those cataracts, or did you fill in the red-eye? You did a good job on them if it was red-eye.

Mike, I selected cody out in PS (not a very good selection, did it quick), and copied him on to a separate layer. Then I put a new layer underneath him, which I filled with a solid color. Then I used the graident tool (in the radial mode) to fade the color behind his head. Its actually pettry easly. Hope this helps. I see that I'm not the only on who tends to stay up all night.
