Ursula, very beautiful also this your image!! P.S. The colors derive from a release very similar to the original one, but subsequently elaborate in phase of press or with PC. Tanks Best regards

Love the feel of this one here...Great job on the lighting!!! I did a search on Google for Pinhole Photography and found a cool site about "Oatmeal box Pinhole cameras" and it talks about everything you may need to know about it...thanks for your comments...Today I made a pinhole camera out of an egg shell if you care to have a peek.... it was for the egg project.

This is absolutely beautiful Ursula. Thank you for explaining your technique to get this effect. Sometime we don't know how much work it takes to get the final result. Well Done. Added to my favorites.

It's pretty much all post-processing. In the original the wb was off, rather yellowish, and the pict was overexposed. I reset the white point. Then I reset brightness and contrast to higher. Then I desaturated all colours to 50%, except blue, set to desaturation = 20%. I then picked up the shadows in the background, feathered the selection, and lightened it considerably. Then I reset overall brighness and contrast again. I did a couple other minor adjustments, but I don't quite remember what they all were (sorry :). I duplicated to a new layer, and set to merge at soft light at about 40%. Merged both layers. Cropped to square, resized to 580 x 580, sharpened, added 1 px light blue/grey line as border, the rest of the border white (up to 640 x 640). Created the drop shadow. That's it. Actually, I wasn't paying all that much attention to what I was doing, since it's Sunday, and I was just having fun. Oh well.

This is beautiful a sort of high key effect...would love to know more details about any post work you did or if this was achieved strictly with the camera...
