this one certainly not the bluest of all

This blue has a cool lavendar touch to it. If it were just the center circle this would be static but with the bar pointing at the circle (from the upper right corner) and the repetition in the lower left corner we have something that moves.
Sometimes, Lowell, I have to analyze your composition in your abstracts because I want to understand how they work.
