Wow! Great shot for a spontanious shot. The fly looks like it's trying to figure out what you're doing. Heh. I think the only improvements that can be made here are to rotate the image a bit to the left, and see if you can photoshop out some of the dirt.
I like it.

Sheesh! I'm not really gaining full advantage of my CoolPix 4500, I can see. This is a GREAT fly shot! Amazing you could get him to freeze for 1/4 second! Good work. (maybe a little luck?)
