She certainly has very striking looks and good eye contact. I agree with Sascha re the background, a plain or totally defocused background would really do more justice to her beauty. Still, a really good shot with good lighting.

You have used a perfect flashlight but in my point of view the background is still to dominant and maybe you should have chosen a better position for the model. Or even black and white would do it, I don`t know. I guess this is what makes UF. Just to give ideas and talk about making portraits, fotos or whatever.
