Excellent and impressive!
Both versions are very good but personally I like the color one more beautiful of warm, even hot tones, that deep orange which even reflects a bit on tree's silhouette!

Yours is an excellent sunset photo, with gorgeous, deep violnet-red colors and a skeketon-like tree, symbolizing mourming the death of others.
