Took my 1yr old to Texas last summer to meet his great grandparents. While there, we made the trip to visit his great-great-grandparents' graves. From the car, he ran directly to their headstones without us and had what appeared to be a 10 min conversation. First with his grandfather's, then with his grandmother's headstones. He giggled, jabbered, and then spoke low and serious to each headstone. Before leaving, he leaned in and hugged grandma's headstone, patted grandpa's and said "Papa". (A word he'd never said before) Then he proceeded to play at their feet until we left. I've never been superstitious, but this might have changed my mind. I snapped a few of these, but wish I had taken video instead. It was unbelievable.
