hitler - who was proud in public of his refusal to take any pay for his service as chancellor of the reich and führer - took something like a copyright fee for his portrait (and other fotos) on the official stamps of reichspost... imagine how many stamps with his face on them were sold during the 12 years of the 'milleniary 3th reich'!
