Well you successfully collected 2 symbols (I wonder how) but...
Too much rubbish on this picture. The wood and grass in unnecessary.
The main topic which eagle should be is nearly invinsible in such environment.

i certainly don't want to hurt your or anybody else's feelings, but imho "tears of pride" are not quite sufficient to create a good photo.

This isn't really a good photo, it seems out of photo, not compsed well - the tree in the way, the eagle seems over exposed..
