A nice enough image with that nice tone you get from HDR images
I like the low point of view and rope leading your eye to the boat.
The only problem I have is the boat on the right hand side should be either fully in or out of the image and is very distracting.
I see also you might of pushed the sky just a bit much in the right of the image as you have a lot of colour blocking.
Almost a good image

In the NET tradition of the English photographers, good idea but isn't enough something is lost maybe the ships at the right side must be out of the image,
