About	Camera was 'piggy-backed' on a German Equatorial telescope mount which was polar aligned and manually guided using an 8" SCT with 12.5mm illuminated reticle eyepiece for a guiding magnification factor of 125X. Two exposures... one 7 min. and one 12 min... were digitally stacked using Picture Window Pro 3.1.h to enhance color contrast and saturation, while reducing film grain and scanner noise. It looks like the Canon and Minolta 135mm f/2.8 lenses are both of high quality. See http://www.usefilm.com/showphoto.php?id=106935 for my take on the North America Nebula's place in the Milky Way. Try a longer exposure on this target if you get the opportunity or an autoguider.
