Hi Laura,
well this memorial is dedicated to the revolution in 1956.(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hungarian_Revolution_of_1956)

Hello Endre,
Great perspective, and I love these dark and imposing columns. It makes the viewer feel small in comparison. I would imagine that is how it feels in person as well, and you have done a great job in capturing that. Who or what is this particular memorial dedicated to?

The hight of the poles mixed from 1m-3m. Where i took teh picture they where around 2m high. The whole monument is like a hedgehog....
