Thanks Brian - much appreciated. The spec is dust on the sensor - I got rid of it and bought myself a hurricane bulb.
I'd love to see your photo that is similar - let me know if you post it. Thanks again!

Keep the tilting landscape Adam, it leads the eye upward from the tree. The emptiness of the fence is balanced evenly by the starkness of the tree.
I have a photo similar to this photograph. Most photographers probably do as well. If I can find it I will send it to you.
The little dust spot or flying bird should probably go as noted on another comment.
Excellent job.

I know what you mean Adam. That's why I asked you. Maybe you can try the Free Transform tool in PS sometime for this type of situation. I do :)

Thanks Avi - I actaully thought of that myself.... I took a look at it with out the tilt and the tree looked crooked. It actually isn't a tilt - the fence follows the lay of the land which is going up hill. Without anything to reference it was does look like it's tilted. It just didn't look right when I made that fence line straight - thanks for looking out tho!

Execellent toning and detail. I'd be tempted to get rid of the spot on the left. John
