Even though you have received an award to the color version I prefer this one. Excellent Crop and splendind tones. The refelction of the lamps look just brilliant. The only thing what I would have done, I would have done a fram arround it and myabe have placed the name of the bridge. But that is just play stuff. You have captured this one really fabulous and as said a great portfolio. Will come more often. Take care, SAscha

Both shots are super, but I think this black and white one has my vote. Really like the tones in this one.

Wow, that's a tough choice. I think your color version is winning by a hair but if I look again I might choose the B&W. What a great viewpoint and your focus and depth of field is perfect. Really nice work (but then I expect that from you :-)

Love the B&W! Was there a color version of this that you uploaded? Love the silky blurred water! Enjoyed your website also, especially those shots on the western side. The Mulnoth Falls is a well executed classic. You should also check out harvest time in the Palouse which is much like you Montana Plains view. It is weeks of great photo opportunity!

Given the wonderful angle and composition, it totally works in colour or b&w. I prefer the colour personally - it was such a stunning blue sky that night and how lucky we were with that it cleared for us right when we needed it!

Hi Rob, I personally think the color version is better because it makes the picture much stronger. I don't know why but it gives some kind of charm to the photo.
But don't take this critic too serious because I just started photography and need to learn a lot =).
Anyways..they're both great shots and keep up the good work!.
