I agree with Fabio. Her face is lighted well, the pose is a tender one, the closed eyes add the right touch of shyness. I can't say the strings distract me too much, maybe except the bottom part where they're tied at the back and where the cloth is coming round to the back.

why confused?
why the light too hot?
thank god, that's not oversharpened
:)
it's fine in its warm colors and composed in a very sensual pose
more life shown that in so many conventional (semi-)nudes
what really may distracting are these many strings and things...without it would be perfect: exactly because of the colors and shades
