Hi Shirley, Thanks for your comments. This man is one of nearly 2000 tribal men and women inhabitating Malana village in Kullu valley in India. The tribe remains isolated from the outsiders and considers everyone inferior to them, hence, untouchable. These people have their own democratic setup, managed by a few illiterate men. Malana is believed to be the oldest democracy in the world and the people inhabiting the village are said to be the descendants of the tired soldiers desserting Alexander the Great's Army.
