The overall impression does cause the feeling of "gigantic", Vandy, and the coloring does anhance the overall view. A bit more contrast for the people there would turn it much stronger, though, since they are the indirect "size measures" of the image! Very interesting, especially keeping in mind the darker background that also plays a big role in determining the distance and thus the size of the whole.
