Hi Kes, I have been painting for a Art show for the last month or so and have not had as much time for Usefilm. Just the same it was nice to take a minute or two to post a few good black and whites. Glad you Got the photo bags and ND grad. That Grad filter will make your images pop for sure! Yes and the size and fragility will be a huge pain in the ass. I can fit 2-3 filters in my Think Tank bag. I leave one filter in its mount and then slip it into the protective pouch which then the whole thing goes into the front pocket of the think tank.....wow that was a lot to say...lol. I must say i am never totally satisfied with any of the arrangements. But hey it is like anything in life....the greener grass is never on your side of the fence. AS to my D80 it is doing ok but after the soaking the battery will drain if left in the camera any length of time....something is shorted out i just have not had the time to take it apart fully yet, so i just bought another till i have the time.

Great drama, Tim! You have it going in bw too.:)
btw, got a think tank speed freak bag...maybe for a big supply hike someday...then got a smaller photo runner by lowepro that seems to take a jolt ok...but still use a homemade combo fanny pack/holster/water bottle bag kit the most, lol.
also got a 4x6 Lee nd grad (these don't go in a small pack!) but have only used it once...just too dang busy with other stuff. :(
hope your d80 isn't gone from use
best, kes
