I'm agreeing with Annemette regarding the sypathetic shapes. Just a few are the triangular cut out in the left most portion leading to the angle of the figures legs. The figure in turn leads to the right most shadow that seems to be carrying a sign. The image is linked across by the edge of the walkway. It's also interesting that the figure is the only rounded element.

It does really look like an Edward Hopper painting. This would be a fabulous giant print.

So fascinating with all these different shapes in this photo that ecchoes throughout the photos as ones eyes wander from the left to the right. Excellent:-)

I imagen a title which could suggest this photo is a hommage to the great American painter Edward Hopper. It evokes in my sensibility one of those Hopper paintings. Your image is excellent and full of charm. Congratulations, Patrick. Be proud of this picture. Best regards, Salvador
