About those round hole were sacred place. They called it shiva. They were covered by a wood ceiling. There was a hole in the middle of the ceiling. The native made fire in these sacred place and there was ladder crossing the sacred smoked. When you entered the shiva, you have to pass trough the smoke to be purified. There is hole in the bottom of the shiva who bring fresh air. A very genious place. Will post a picture from inside the shiva tomorrow. Mesa Verde, home of the natives.

Nicely done. I love when the 'about' section is used to educate or entertain and it was used well for this shot. An amazing place and you managed to get a very good POV! Nicely done!

Regards,
Doyle I <~~~~~

Great exposure and composition. Textures are right on, image is tack sharp. Thanks for the explaination. When I first looked at it, I thought it was a miniture, it looked too perfect and clean. Good shooting angle as well.
