You have captured the essence of the Karoo beautifully in this picture, it is refreshingly different from the usual landscape of this area that most of us tend to ignore as we rush through this arid landscape. Nicely seen and well presented.

To me the nature shots of your country are an emotional challenge, everything on such a grand scale!This shot is so full of atmosphere as if I were just feeling the rain on my skin!Colours are amazing!Earth showing its hidden beauty - this is how I'd describe this shot!

It's a beautiful scenery and an excellent image. I like the pastel tones and how the distant mountains fade out. Unfortunately I couldn't find the original post to make a comparison.

This scene is similar to our mountains scenery after rain :)
I like the most in this capture the gradient and the smooth transition of the layers density from fore to background.

Sunny and warm on the foreground and a rain from the distant mountain.... very contrasting weather you've captured. I don't think any improvement is needed, I can feel the cool desert breeze coming, looking at this photo. What is visible is the different layers all with different tones and the variations of light.

I love the the the hills and mountains in the background are layered into the distance in the rain shower, Joggie! A very good contrast between foreground and background.
