I don't see any "mistake" of yours, Srna. It's only that nobody gets better by merely playing. And of course I have to explain why, since this is a very difficult question to answer. It has to do with the process of "getting better". Asking seriously what this "getting better" might be at all, one comes to the conclusion that its nature can't be defined but that it can only happen through conscious work. Of course there can be not real recipe to tell us "how to make the perfect photo", but there are ways to recognize what some particular thing on a photo does. So, knowing about such things we know our own work - and this is of main importance if we want to do something particular with our own work.
Best wishes,
Nick

Ok dear Nick ... you made your point ... and I did not think that you have to play just to stay where you are, play to go furher and to be better !!! This was just missunderstanding cause of words, wishing and wondering is two different words, my mystake ... sorry Nick .. it was not my point ... just go on, you have my support !!! Srna

I don't "play" like having no conscious mind. Thus I am not going to just "shoot" and try this and that. This would let me stuck in the same place without a single step forwards. And the thing is, I *want" to step forwards.
You noticed something that never was - you noticed pressumably something that you had in your own head. Question noe the reasons if you are interested to know them.
I just wondered - not wished - if somebody sees the way I do. This is not " to let somebody know" but much more than that: A question to my own conscience about any possible common way of view shared amongst some particular individuals. Or even the question about a possibly singular point of view that nobody else shares.
All the best,
Nick

Thanks a lot, Srna!
Yes, especially the tree and to a smaller extend the grass in the foreground have many painting-like qualities and I am glad that you noticed that, since I wondered if somebody would notice at all or if it is only my own impression.
Best wishes and a nice, photogenic weekend,
Nick

Hi Howie and many thanks for the nice comment!
I think too that the tree in front of the house is not optimally placed on the image. And though of course I could move neither the houses nor the trees - expept using some bombs :-D - I could still go some steps to the left or to the right and the parallax would do the rest for me. Indeed a problem with an easy solution, and thus something to care for on the next try.
Thank you very much for the very meaningful remark!
Cheers,
Nick

I like the colours and the scene. I would have prefered the tree to be offset of the middle house but you just can't move trees these days :P Nice capture.
