Great shot. For me, having the commander in focus and the two other soldiers slightly softer adds depth and strength to the image. The soldiers stand out well against the background, but I find the grey area at the bottom between the commander and the soldier on the right a little distracting. Maybe just a little more manipulation here would sort it...

Very good shot. It would be interesting if you could take the shot with higher setting for the aperture. This would make the 2 soldiers at the background to be in focus as well.
