Thank you for your comment, well, it's really tall and let me see if i can find an photo to show the height,
this tower was to built to memory the earthquake in 1976, more than 240000 civilian dead.
I uploaded i picture, may be you can find the scale of it..

This is a very dramatic image, well composed and lit. How big is it? There are no other elements in the photograph to give the viewer any idea of scale. Is it taller than a person? It is sad to know that a memorial has been built because it means many people have suffered. CC
