Yes I like that even better. What a special feeling to be there in the middle of history and nowhere! Like a timemascine that has stopped, but we can do nothing but just hang there in a state of limbo. Fascinating displaying history like this on a bridge. Thanks for the info. Best wishes, Annemette

Yes, it was Bond, Klein, and Yaschenkow, being in troubles with all the photos in that case. I swear I didn't know that I was capturing the best kept secret of the word. I thought it was only mountains but it was a deep space base!
Thanks heavens, Mulder and Scully gave me a cover name - from now on: Agent 00 ;-)
Oops, I see men in black coming from the balcony, I have to run! I'll return for further revelations of those secret plans of the CIA, KGB and MI6. ;-)
Take care and watch out what you capture! :-)

Yes, Annemette, the paintings go all the length of the bridge and they are telling the swiss history as you pass them by. They are not the originals, since they are invaluable, but the bridge is exactly as it was hundred years ago. (Of course with restaurations.) The bridge is the Kapellbrücke (Chapelbridge) and is the longest (204m) and obviously oldest wooden covered bridge in Europe. It is the same bridge that was on the night photos of Lucerne with the tower.
Hehe, any UF meeting for Lucerne? :-) Dozens of such things to see, especially in the old city
I like your idea very much and it fits very well the fact that it is a historical passage. What do you think about the attached image?
Many thanks and best wishes,
Nick

Very nice. I´m amazed by the painting under the roof! Are there paintings all the way down? What a great decorative idea getting artwork out to people like this. Fascinating detail. If I were you I´d probably erase the buildings completely to get a feeling of being just in this place leaving the surroundings out - a closed world or passway. Best wishes, Annemette
