Thanks Michelle for your comment to me. With photography i usually like to capture the magic light. I prefer no enhancements, although i am experimenting now a lot by desaturating the picture to get the focus on the atmosphere in black and white. I don't have a super camera either, still i want one to extend my knowledge of photography. But with a small camera it is nice to experiment with composition and balance. So that's what i am doing mostly now. I will post some more shots of the balloons, because i think they are nice. All the best, Marco.

Thanks Marco.. I agree and I do appreciate your kind comments.. I thank you for your vision of where you are when taking the shot too ! Ha! I was frozen on the back of a Harley Davidson with a helmut that was not tight enough, my ER came off . It was my first experience riding with the driver ... with the trusting issue...ha! A bit late for that but still getting used to riding with a new friend...
I look forward to seeing your shots .I like to share ideas too.

good and clean picture, not a very good shot i think though. The best thing about this picture are the colors. The really nice blue sky contrasting with the colors of the 'rainbow' in the hot air balloon. But there are more orignal ways of photographing a balloon I think. But that also depends on where you take the shot. If you are at the ground where they start flying or when they fly really close above your head, that's when the nice angles occur. I had some shots taken on a festival recently which i will post within days on this site for you to see what i exactly mean. Kind regards, Marco.
