What a wonderful idea, simple yet enthralling. Like proverbial -the light at end of the tunnel, Spring is only around the corrner but it seems so so long while you are in the grips of a harsh winter. One should look at this beautiful creation while in winter blues - Sure it will cheer you up.
Pity I havn't seen this for so long. Congradulations.

I really like this shot! High scores on the originality and emotional appeal, as far as I am concerned. I am, too, dreaming of spring, so tired and weary of winter, so this shot says a lot to me! That's clever! The contrasts and tonal range of the b/w image is just superb and on top of that the far-away illusion of gentle landscapes in colour ecxellently added together.
