Yeah, my images are way too huge to post without resizing and shrinking. At some point I change the image size and when I'm done working on the image I "Save As..." in order to ensure I have an uploadable copy as a jpeg with compression sufficient to bring my file size down below the file size restriction.

Thanks, James. I should really become a Usefilm donor so I can post more than one photo a day but in the meantime, this is fine. It's weird because I have 5 or 6 shots that were all taken with the same camera at the same resolution and I used the same parameters for the white and black borders but these files are bigger by 100 KB or more and consequently, can't be posted on Usefilm as they are now. I'll have to adjust the resolution or size for all of them... Anyway, thanks for the comments. They're much appreciated.
