thanks Alison. I can't give you any advice except for have fun playing. It is a real intuitive thing and it takes a little while to get used to it. It works really well with lights - I did some night shots recently and just loved the effects of the bent lights. My only advice I guess is to have a play with the different aperture rings - I find that I prefer it wide open .... even though it is more difficult. And be prepared to toss out 2/3's of your early attempts :-)
