I really like this composite Verna. The composition is excellent, but some of the detail is soft.

Thanks for the comments Andy, Ashok & Andrew. I have cheated a bit with this photo...it is a merge of three photos....the two birds are really just the one and I added a colorful sunset sun to the dull sunrise in place of the original.... so it's all a Photoshop Collaboration :-) Verna

Verna, this is an excellent shot. The light rays with the sun are phenomenal, and the birds are posing for you as well. It looks like the posts are sharp at some places and soft in others. Was a tool used for softening that somehow touched the posts as well by accident or intentional? It doesn't look like natural lens out of focus. Just wondering.

Great capture Verna. Nice colors and the sky looks so dramatic and the sunrays makes it even better. The birds seem to be relaxed and talking to each other. Wish the stumps were a bit sharper though. Nevertheless a beautiful shot.

Love the texture of the sky. The sunrays also do a wonderful job of framing the birds. Nice one Verna.
