Thanks for all your comments. The coloring was "helped" in photoshop (the light color was much more muted in the original). The model is actually my boyfriend who has grown very at ease with the camera in his face all the time (which is sort of a requirement for dating me!).

Cool composition & pose, but for me the uneven lighting/background is a bit too much. Would love to see another try, if you can get him to pose for you again - maybe outdoors? or in front of a sheet? with a more solid background.

This one caught my eye and I don't know why (I'm a poet and didn't know it! :-) I really like the angle and the coloring. I'm not sure what is causing the blueness here or what the guy is looking at, but the photo still intrigues me. I really like the composition and what a cutie to use for the photo. Did you get him to pose for you? Nice work, I think.
