Very moody colors and comp. I think cropping the sky to just above the clouds and the foreground just to the bottom of the rock may enhance that mood.

Very nice photo. The olny thing that bothers me is the amount of dark foreground. Perhaps a little cropping off the bottom to add more emphasis to the sunset itself. Maybe even a little of the sun sinking would add a nice touch also. Otherwise a very nice composition.
