Interesting Ian, love the curve of green and the swirls of blue mountains(?) and the intriguing figure - is that a person or some other object that now looks so because of the speed effect.
Not sure about the heavy border at the top, it works at the bottom but seems to be shutting off the image too much at the top.

Ian I genuinely like this. I don't even mind the spots or swirls. In fact,the swirls may help. I think I was in this picture once, in a dream, coming or going I don't know. Reminds me of a quote by E. A. Poe , "It was the radiance of an opium-dream"

I am photographing from a car at high speed.
The spots are behind the glass cover of my ccd. I know because i tried cleaning them off. In the grass right you see some cleaning fluid swirls on the front of the glass cover of my ccd.
Only show up at small aperture shots.
