Thanks for your comment. On your question to me on my Amaryllis collage, I use Microsoft Photo Editor software, and do digital manipulations on contrast and simple cut and pastes in a collage. I tried my hand at couple of your Meerkat (Suricata suricatta) pics here with an additional mirror image rotation. I am not an ace at this but there are some great Photoshop-geeks here on UF.COM. Good luck meeting a few like:!

You cannot be invisible to these little guys. They are very sharp at spotting danger. Is that a prairie dog? :) Andree

I think you were spotted taking this photo Humberto. He looking straight at you - perhaps posing for you? Very well timed shot. If I could make a couple of suggestions for your future photos...Firstly I would like to see your iamges larger. It looks like you've scanned a photograph into your computer cause I can see a scan line. If you have a photo manipulation program like Photoshop or some other perhaps you could clone out things like the verticle line and dust on the background. Don't worry about it though cause those things will come in time.
You've achieved a nice depth of field here wioth the soft blurred background. A nice shot with good lighting and nice colours.
Thank you for your kind comments on my images.
Cheers - Ann :)
