I love this image, Denis. I don't think I would change a thing. It's a beautiful abstract. It should be framed and hanging on the wall of a museum. Very nicely done. Just for fun, I took the liberty of playing with the perspective and came up with an interesting treatment. At least it's interesting to me. I hope you like it.

Interesting use of the shutter! Beautiful illusion of the dancer! The whole delicate lines and curves are very suitable for the whole idea
I do have one critique tho…placing the dancer in the center of the image took away some of its power…it became a bit still
Giving more moving space in front of the dancer might do the trick or some space on the left
Still it’s a smart good eye catching image :)

Hi Dennis, this photo displays a great sense of motion, dynamism and rhythm; a very good blend between abstract photography and performance art. Great camera control too.

Looking at the entire series, I think there are a couple of even more powerful shots there, though. That's probably because I think this one is one of the more abstract ones, and I'd prefer the more blended ones, where the pose on stage is more recognisable, introducing a mix with reality in the dynamic motion of the abstract, if you know what I mean.

Anyhow, a very good shot, very well captured, and an impressive photo.

Cheers,

Hugo
