I'm surprised you only needed 1/3 sec for this, but the exposure looks spot-on for what you were trying to achieve. It certainly was worth getting up for.

First of all congrats. Indeed a well earned award. Superb clearity and the reflections are just brilliant for this cityscape. It certaintly was worth standing up that early I would hang it on my wall if you would sell it.

Hi Jim,
thanks for telling the story and showing me some result of your dawn experience and lessons. It gives me so thinking what people motivates to get up early with probably afterward some difficult moments during the day. It tells me about result thinking, the pic as a trophy. I had not seen it like that before. At least would it not be some of the experience some of the result which counts ? Was it a fun time, did you learn something ?
