Darlene,

You and your faimly will always remain in my prayers. I want you to stay strong and believe that God does not give us more than we can handle.
You tell Krystal that we are all praying for her and I personally look forward to meeting her soon.
If you think that you can get away Friday, I would love to meet you down at the lake, or any of your other hot spots

Great job as usual Darlene,

Looks like I'm one of the first to congratulate you on another splended shot of one of Louisiana's finest.

I look forward to coming down to the lake soon even if there aren't many birds around, I just need to get out. Running from all of these hurricanes is wearing me out.

Best Regards,

Joe

Awesome!!! Talk about being in the right place at the right time, and to have a camera in your hand. That never happens to me.

Great shot, that would make a great poster, calendar or on the cover of a hunting magazine.

Hey Rob,

Thanks for the comment.

As to how I did it;

Using a Macro lense, you must focus in on where the drop will hit. I used an white ink pen with small letters on it. Placing the pen across the center of the glass and manually focused in on it. Filling a plastic water bottle with wine, I placed it above the glass and cracked the opening of the bottle so that I would get a slow constant drip. With my camera on a tripod and a off camera flash and a remote shutter release,in a darkened room, I was ready. After about 200 or more drips, I found several that I liked and here ya go!!!
